The Yoga studio
Our Yoga classes are held in our private studio, creating the perfect ambiance for your yoga practice. All equipment is provided and classes are never bigger than 8 people per session, in this way we ensure all students receive one on one tuition.
Weekly Iyengar yoga
Iyengar yoga works to strengthen and lengthen muscles; re align posture and correct negative habitual patterns, giving you a strong, healthy and ache free body.
Classes include dynamic postures to energise, as well as restorative postures to improve breathing, relaxation and wellbeing.
Classes are held throughout the year every Monday and Tuesday We book in blocks of 6 weeks 1.10 - 1.50pm - £43 2.00 - 3.15pm - £63 6.00 - 7.15pm - £72 7.30 - 8.45pm - £72
Term runs from mon 26th feb - mon 2nd feb
